Setting up Premiere PRO comes down to selecting a MIDI controller in the Control Plane submenu in the Settings menu.

Now you need to assign actions to the functions bound to the controller buttons in the Premiere PRO application.
The default controller settings are the recommended choice, although you will likely have your own preferences.
